The St. Bartholomew Food Pantry is currently holding a food drive to give back to the community. The drive began on Monday, April 13, 2026, and will accept donations until Friday, April 24, 2026.
All donations are to be dropped off at Doors 1 and 12 at SPFHS.
Food items such as coffee, tea, rice, tomato sauce, tuna, mac and cheese, jelly and cereal are just a few available items to donate. Be sure to thoroughly check expiration dates on food items to ensure they are safe to eat. Please refrain from donating items that are used or already opened.
Aside from items for consumption, cleaning supplies like Windex, laundry detergent and sponges can also be donated. Personal hygiene items including toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and lotion are also appreciated.
According to Feeding America, over 53 million people relied on food banks and pantries in 2021 to support their needs – a 33% increase from pre-pandemic levels. Donations are needed now more than ever, especially in this current economic state.
Food drives are a simple yet influential way to make a difference in our community. If you would like to donate and have the means to do so, please use this opportunity to contribute.
