Starting in the 2016 fall season, field hockey will be returning as a sport to the high school. Field hockey was once a sport played at the high school but disassembled due to a lack of interest. Thanks to help from middle school teams as well as high school interest, teenage girls once again have an opportunity in playing the sport for the high school once again.
Business teacher Bethany Pisulak will be one of the coaches for the new team. Girls currently in grades 8-11 are highly encouraged to come to an informational meeting tonight at 7 pm in room C-101 if they are interested in playing. Plans for fundraising and program growth will be discussed.
