Boys lacrosse ends season with a loss to Randolph

The boys lacrosse team lost to Randolph High School in the second round of the state tournament on May 20. During the 12 to 3 loss, seniors Alex Cimring, Christian Gordon and Thomas Walker scored, while junior Cole Weber defended the net.
“Today we played hard but sometimes you run into tough teams,” said captain senior James Lettieri. “Today Randolph was better, there’s no question. I’ll never forget this day, I love all 35 of those guys and it was a great ride.”
In response to a reflection on the season, Lettieri said “The best game was against Governor Livingston where we won the conference as well as the game won against Cranford for Cole’s Cup.”
