There are about eight sushi restaurants within a ten-minute drive of the Scotch Plains Fanwood High School. Three restaurants in particular, Ginger Sushi, Fujiyama Mama, and Gabi’s Sushi and Noodles, all have one thing in common: quality sushi. However, they offer three very different dining experiences. Each restaurant was evaluated based on its version of three popular rolls—spicy tuna roll, avocado and California, as well as one roll unique to each eatery.
