Senior Steven Pedersen, center, signs documents committing to play Division I golf for the United States Military Academy at West Point. His mother, Susan Pedersen, and his golf coach, math teacher Ryan Goracy attended the signing ceremony with him on Nov. 21 in the gym. Pedersen, a four-year varsity golfer, was joined by fellow seniors Colin Stripling and Christine Monroy, both four-year varsity soccer players who committed to play Division I soccer, Stripling at Monmouth University, and Monroy at the University of Louisville. Senior James D’Angelo signed his letter of intent to play Division I baseball at Manhattan College earlier in the week.
