On May 2nd varsity boys lacrosse played against Oratory Prep with a finishing score of 12-4 Raiders in a county game. The Raiders started off slow with a tie of 2-2 and as the game continued defeated their opponent with eight point lead. Junior Jack Brady scored the most goals helping the Raiders finish with the win. Another important player in the game was Senior Robert Gordon with four goals.

“I was proud that after halftime we started to have fun, we had four tough losses and the guys were feeling down on themselves. We needed the one or two golden game to lift their spirits and for them to have fun,” Miceli said in reference to the team’s performance.
Miceli acknowledged players on the field who stood out to him. He gave credit to Robert Gordon, Jack Brady, and Noah Costanzo for performing well in the field.
After a long game the Raiders were able to take home the win against the Rams and boys lacrosse are getting ready for some big games up ahead. On May 9th varsity boys lacrosse play against Hillsborough at Wexler field.
