On Thursday, April 7 the Muse Literary Magazine hosted their second Open Mic Night of the year. Muse raised just under $200 for their end-of-the-year magazine, which features student poetry and prose pieces.
The night consisted of delicious food and great entertainment. Student volunteers, including some members of the club, performed various talents throughout the night. Paper covered the tables, and people drew and wrote to their content as the festivities continued.
With only an entrance fee of $5, students and parents enjoyed a fun night that raised money for a great cause. The Muse Literary Magazine promotes student artistic expression. The magazine is student produced; the poetry, the art and the design are all from SPF students.
