The latest buzz in the world of technology has to do with the new Apple iPhone 11. Many students and people around the world raced to Apple stores to get their own iPhone 11.
The biggest change for the newest iPhone seems to be the camera. This phone’s camera quality is unmatched; it has a dual-camera option. Not only do the pictures have great quality but you can actually zoom the picture out using the new Ultra-Wide camera. 
“I am not an owner of the new iPhone, but I have seen some of my friends use it and the camera quality is fantastic and the wide lense is really interesting.” sophomore Alyssa Warbeck said.
Another new aspect is the night mode. In this mode the phone allows you to take breathtaking low-light pictures. In addition to all the new camera options, this phone still includes the fan favorite, portrait mode. 
“The reason why people are attracted to the iPhone 11 is for things that already exist on Samsung’s. Samsung’s battery life is better and are known to have better cameras. There is just a lot of hype around the I phone” junior Justyanna Fortna said. 
Apple claims that this phone has the toughest glass in a smartphone and according to the Apple website is “water resistant up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes — double the depth of iPhone XR.” 
While this phone has many great upgrades, one that stands out is that it has the fastest chip out of any smartphone. 
“The display is noticeably better than any phone below a 6. The camera quality especially on portrait is amazing, and the wide zoom feature allows you to capture a much wider shot, allowing pictures with large groups of people to be taken with ease” sophomore, Lucas Vega said. 
When buying a new phone, consumers have the option of purchasing the iPhone 11 or the iPhone 11 pro.  The differences between the two models and that the pro has three cameras instead of two, is more durable, is more water-resistant, has an hour longer battery life, and has more storage.
